We've designed the Talent Bank not only to enhance the success of our clients who are actively seeking new opportunities, but also for the benefit of alumni clients who are currently employed but interested in maintaining "passive exposure" to local employers, recruiters, and hiring managers. Since the Talent Bank system identifies your profile only by number, and keeps all of your contact information confidential, you will be able to maintain full control of the process and only respond to opportunities of your choosing.
In order to maximize the visibility of your Talent Bank profile, we also encourage you to edit and update your profile on a regular basis. The results that employers see after conducting a search will be sorted by the date each profile was entered, or last updated, so frequent edits will ensure that your profile shows up near the top of the search results page. In addition, if you ever wish to temporarily disable your profile without removing it from the system, you can simply uncheck the "Activate Profile" option on the profile editing screen.
